Yes rioting is sometimes the only option. But like in everything, there is a method, you don't attack blindly. This method consist in attacking symbolism of capitalism, big corporation, big marks, big markets, and places of power such as public building or policestation.

Of course there are dumb people that will attack off limit buildings or markets.
