Rayleigh literally had no goal or ambition of his own
The dude was just sitting on a boat at the shore before meeting Roger
He only has CoC because he's Roger sidekick.
WB and Katakuri ambition is protecting their family at any cost

If Katakuri doesn't deserve CoC for being the pillar of a Yonko crew then Zoro should get CoC

Brah... I would give CoC to katakuri any day before even striking off doffy from the list..... Who basically hides behind, scared of stronger guys, tries to use leverages to get things done....katakuri doesn't really need CoC too I mean oda did not make use of it at all other than just for a CoC clash with luffy. . His character was not even shown to be like one with CoC.

He is far more accomplished than Katakuri naturally, but this level of intellect and deception is contradictory to a true conqueror.
Neither are deserving, but Katakuri is a more fitting conqueror seeing how big of a champion he was in the eyes of his family, and how he stood firm against an opponent like Luffy and refused to win the fight unfairly.
