I meant haki-wise.
Garp and Aokiji's punches were identical haki-wise, looked the same, and Garp is a CoC user.
If that were the case, Garp would’ve lost that clash since they had equal physical strength but Kuzan used his fruit to amplify it. So if Garp and Kuzan had equal haki, how did Garp and Kuzan clash evenly.

Issho is more likely to have CoC than Akainu
Sengoku has CoC

Garp in prime would have middiffed Aokiji, he would have had vastly more strength.

Both having advanced haki don't mean their haki level is equal, a haki based fighter like Garp would totally have more potent COA/COC. Ice glove just allowed Kuzan to close the gap

Equal haki =\ equal haki strength though.
Garp is one of the best CoA and CoC user ever, period.

The difference is not this much obviously, but it is just like saying Yamato and Shanks should be equals in haki strength because both have AdvCoc. Shanks AdvCoC >> Yamato AdvCoC, even if they have the same "type" of haki.
