They were unaware that situation could be this bad as information doesn't go out of wano.

Which means that they were aware of kaido being in wano but didn't expect him to destroy wano like this

It’s not dumb, and it’s much more than simple speculation. How many other people or scenarios exist that would require somebody to save Kaido’s life? It makes sense and it wouldn’t be dumb at all.

I said that the part of Inu and Neko not saying anything to anyone makes sense and continues to be dumb.
And yes it is simple speculation since we have no CLUE about this debt, it could be anything from Big Mom saving his life in the Rocks Pirates incident to Big Mom saving him from Child Oni experiments and there COUNTLESS scenarios where Big Mom could have done something that made a Life Time debt and also it doesn't have to involve saving Kaido's life at all since we have no idea what it is.

Yes, its weird, but Sasaki ask questions about why he is here since he was ssuposed to be in wano, why is his hair diferent, but since kyoshiro has such a high landing He can do wathever he wants, i dont see Sasaki as stupid at all, kyoshiro a high person that he knows for years walking for onigashima, i REALLY dont see NOTHING wrong.

My general thought on this was that Kyoshiro probably drinked a lot with Orochi in recent years when the party was on to not raise suspicions and he might be known for this or they should know that Orochi let the guard over the capital in Kyoshiro's hands. I may really overthink this but this is exciting thing for me when it comes to theories and speculations.

I don't think that Ulti and Page One will be taken out that soon, right after P1's return and Ulti's introduction.
And given how Luffy haven't used his true power yet in Onigashima, or was perhaps even nerfed against Apoo and the Beast Pirates he will most likely not use the gears and advanced Coa techniques that would allow him to easely beat the Flying Six.
