I think Yonko ~ Admirals in general is the logical conclusion, with some Yonko being stronger than some Admirals and vice versa.

Arguing that the average power-level of the Yonko combined exceeds the average power-level of the Admirals combined is one thing, but I don't think most people think that way. They think there is "admiral level" and then "yonko level" above it.

God is a very vague term in one piece....even CDs are refered to as gods, ryuma is sword god, enel is god...of course Luffy is still growing...he needs to master g5 and refine his haki skills further...there is a reason his bounty is 3 billion even after defeating Kaido...of course he won't stop at mere yonko....

The reason of his bounty is Gorosei not wanting him to get the spotlight. The Sun GOD isn't a vague term since it has been emphasized from Skypiea to Big Moms fb in Elbaf and there has been no discussion about any other pirate by Gorosei other than Luffy and they specifically ordered to stop him from awakening vs Kaido because once he did, it'd be a grave outcome. I am not saying Luffy is the strongest at this point but he isn't far off especially vs an admiral.

the only marine position that arguable can fight a Yonko 1v1 and stand a chance is a Fleet Admiral everything in the series suggests this.

What, why? Even if that's true, it would be more likely to be an effect of being part of the main cast and not some magic benefit of being a pirate.

What's so different about the FA?

There's nothing to suggest that the FA is chosen based on strength. Sengoku nominated Kuzan and there was only a dispute because the others disagreed. Kuzan could've easily been FA and he's weaker than Akainu.

First: Kizaru looks pretty concerned here, I think this is the first time we see him actually show some real fear, that's very good and I expected it of Luffy.
