I don't think the gap between Queen and King being huge or non-existent is that important. He is a fat-ass clown, which already makes him look relatively weak, with no good feats against certified strong character. Tanking hits from Marco or Ryokugyu doesn't make him look intimidating sadly.
And Sanji is the L-taker of the strawhats so he cannot be used anymore to hype people up. Sanji needed to fight a badass looking character like King

He concussed a yonko into a knockout and then had her In chains.

Any other character does this and the entire community would dick suck till eos.

@DonWick Sorry but it's not 2017 anymore...... Sanji earned his respect in Wano he defeated a Yonko Commander , you want someone cooler? fair but the respect has been earned at this point. There were people who thought Sanji wouldn't get a 1v1 fight going into Wano.

He doesn't have to beat someone to win back his respect. It's enough when he stops jobbing. Which he he seems to have done by now. But it was a hard time from saboady till wano.
Sanji's more like a supporter. What I expect from him is
- island-wide CoO sensing through his feet/through the air. Sensing people that may be in need for help. Or locate people and objects.
- fire hacks like king showed
- CoO multiplying his smelling senses. Basically for detecting people/ingredients and cooking better food. Smelling poison, too.
- blitzing speed. He doesn't have to be able to beat an admiral. He doesn't have enough firepower for that. But he should be able to blitz them, beat them in terms of speed and flexibility. His speed should give even some kizaru a hard time.
- pull a Skywalk that goes supersonic
- pull a Skywalk that goes high up in the air and then with supersonic speed back down and use his exoskeleton + CoA body as missile to literally nuke an island

He's not a raw fighter. Not a ruffian. He rescues and preserves rather than destroying and ruining. He doesn't need to rival zoro. Part of the sanji hate comes from his simping fans. They should accept that he's not aiming for a worlds strongest/king title. And he'll still be around the top 30 EoS. That's a pretty amazing feat.

It wasn't a downplay at all. We evaluate current development.
We know by now, zoan fruits affect the body even in base form, at the minimum durability, physical strength and recovery.
We know Kaku ate his fruit after the measurement.
We know Kaku, same as Lucci, managed to awaken his fruit over the past two years.
We know Lucci had his ability for years prior to EL.
Conclusion is not very complicated, Kaku has higher affinity to his df. So the levels he jumped after 2200 are even higher than what we could possibly imagine. You can't be thinking it's a good idea to build your world on those 20 doriki. But then I guess you aren't thinking at all. Especially considering the "(at half health)", do you imply sanji's level is at minimum 4360?

95% of my post was wanking sanji - but if your threshold only allows simping rather than rational theorizing, I don't know if I can help you or your completely off topic agenda.

I like how these so called "Sanji haters" hates Sanji for not being strong enough, yet they want Sanji to defeat someone on Roger's level strength in order to "earn" Sanji's respect back (spoilers alerts, they wouldn't because they would still slander Sanji regardless if Sanji become the strongest OP character).

It's almost as if Sanji haters wanted Sanji to become a certain swordsman or something....
