Did oda forget if X-Drake is the part of the flying six?
I mean where is he now?

I don't see him helping the alliance since he's a marine and their pirates, I don't think he'll turn on kaido since he still needs to remain undercover with the beast pirates but at the same time he's not likely to help kaido completely, so long as it doesn't blow his cover
in all I don't think we'll see much of him, to me it feels like he's just in this arc to report the aftermath to the marines

maybe Drake will be highlighted in the next chapter . i expect him to discuss with his crew about switching side if Luffy's alliance is winning or something
Not really. Again, Big Mom has a higher bounty than every character bar four, with Rocks a probable fifth. Hasn't changed the fact that the more Oda uses her, the less effective she becomes.
We've known Dragon had a higher bounty for years. Oda introducing Whitebeard's doesn't change anything to do with that. He's not doing anything to live up to it, and it seems his commanders were the ones that he sent on the much hyped mission to Reverie.
With Mihawk, we've had a taste of what he can do. We saw at Marineford that he can, with very little effort, destroy an island sized iceberg. Shanks has clashed with Whitebeard and shook the heavens. Kaido one shot Luffy. Kizaru strolled through Marineford fighting the best a Yonko can throw at him without a scratch.
Dragon's been the "wait and see, he'll do something awesome" guy for years now without us getting any payoff. And worse, all we've seen from the RA in recent years is them, well, losing.
Dragon will one day live up to his hype- I would hope- but the worry is that by then we'll have seen so many other characters do just as much, if not more, that it'll land flat.

Doesn't change the fact Meme is stronger than most people with bounties below hers, except for Teach & Shanks.
We don't know how he earned it though. Oda keeping this fact a secret don't mean he does not deserve it.

The PIS gets stronger and stronger every chapter. Both Big mom and Sasaki get no diffed by plot. Watch Pay pay and Ulti switch sides within the next 5 chapters.
Enjoyable chapter in terms of comedy, and the scences with Orochi, Kaido and Black Maria but I dread to think what's coming up next.

...Yeah, but she's still getting put in places like this chapter where she's in a joke chase scene with Ussop and Chopper, making her an ineffective villain, hence my initial point.
Did I say he didn't deserve it? No, I'm saying he isn't living up to it. I don't imagine that he became the most wanted man in the world by accident, but his post timeskip contribution to the plot has been nothing to write home about.
It says absolutely nothing about Dragon's ability whatsoever. Who cares about a 4 vs 2 that he had nothing to do with? I'm complaining about the fact that Dragon never even went to the Reverie at all, and Sabo's taking all the juicy parts of the RA plot.
Dragon's having to read about the events of the Reverie in the newspaper because he doesn't have a clue what happened, when that's the time I think everyone expected him to really play a part in the plot. And this comes after he had to flee his base because of the Blackbeard Pirates. That's why he's coming across as an ineffectual character.
Mihawk gave us a brief glimpse of his power with a genuine top tier feat. He managed to accomplish what Zoro did in Dressrosa, from miles apart, by accident, as just a byproduct of him swinging his sword.

Sure, thing is no one clowned Dragon. If Dragon would have been clowned despite his huge bounty then I would've agreed with u.

With Law , maybe , but it's more likely Drake didn't make a plan with Law either , Law sounds like he didn't talk about anything with Drake there
So, you believe if Hawkins already taking a L in this arc? This arc should've been a supernova arc (Luffy,Kid,Law,X-Drake,Hawkins,Zoro,Killer,Apoo).
And its pretty clear Law said "If letting me escape is your plan, then i'll happily join in".
If Drake dont have a plan with Law, he will immediately attack Law at that time.

Oda ruined Whitebeard and Marco's character with his Oden-fapping. How fucking dumb do you have to be to not think Oden was in trouble when his homeland was taken over by Kaido?
Or is Whitebeard such a joke of a Yonko that he doesn't know where another Yonko's home base is for 20 years?
This could all have been solved by not hyping up Oden to ridiculous levels by making him Whitebeard's brother

About BM vs cannon tank scene.
Franky said he was going to build anti-Kaido weapons. I wouldn't be surprised if this tank is one of them.
And yet we see that Chopper/Ussop tank can't slow down BM and do no damage to her.
I don't see how she can be considered as weak in this scene. Shanks or Teach would've been hurted against that cannon.
But I agree that Oda treats BM badly with these gags (soul pocus or Napoleon and they are no diffed). Bad writting so bad author.
