I mean, Law has massive top tier AP, top tier durability, very versatile hax but I guess he lacks in some other aspects. Maybe some good CoO or general Haki PU might push him to top tier level? Or he unlocks CoC? Tbh, Law doesn't even need ACoC.

I agree, but in the last chapter Kizaru went and explicitly said that Luffy was as strong as the man who had beaten Kaido should be (more or less).
Still, plenty of users said that Luffy was Katakuri level lol.

FS + teleportation would be a deadly convo. Yeah I agree he doesn't need CoC, besides that shit is lazy af. I rather he use his haki in more strategic ways than "cutting harder"
