How does Marco know he will be late? The problem with him arriving was Weevil. How does he know Weevil won't arrive at Sphinx island ONE MONTH or TWO MONTHS from now? How does he know Weevil will be dealt with BEFORE the war starts?

Though it sounds like the Weevil problem resolved itself with the Shichibukai abolition and Weevil being chased now.

Now, the biggest question really is what Neko was doing that made him specifically arrive 2 weeks later. He only seemingly recruited Izo. Did he gather more people that we don't know about?

Why does he say "late" like he has a timeframe for all the events above? Why isnt the message "I may or may not come"? Why is the message "I'm coming a bit late"

And if he has friends who can actually ward off the same Weevil who has been low diffing whtebeard allies then why didn't he bring them to this war?

I think he was just implying that by the the time they come back up, Kaido will have been defeated (which I personally doubt and expect the BMP to arrive, just being the last group to join the fighting)
