This fight was never good. It’s just the memes carrying it. One sided for nearly 10 chapters and one shotted offscreen. After the first 4-5 chapters the fight went to shit.

Kashimo doesn't have the luxury of infinity or being Megumi's teacher. He's gonna get bodied.

The entire fight was a shit show. In retrospect the Gojo wank fest almost feels like it was Gege giving Gojo his Swan Song before obliterating him.

this will take a good 6 - 8 years to reach the anime, but I wonder how distraught anime-only watchers will be reacting to this (in Japan, people are pretty much caught up with the manga + anime at the same time like One Piece)

Anyways, I don't see Gojo surviving it unless 3 things happen.
1. He tag teams Sukuna with Kashimo.
2. Attacks a weakened Sukuna thanks to Kashimo's CT.
3. He does survive but his fight ended altogether.

Highly doubt that any of those will happen since Gojo at the beginning was literally talking to his buds on heaven.
