There's an argument to be made that Zoro's pure CoA hardening is better than Luffy's.

Luffy's is obv more advanced.

IIRC Luffy doesn't have too many great feats w/ just hardening.

Bro he is comparing damage of Sword vs Fist. This is the most childish comparison I have ever seen. Remove Enma and Zolo wouldn't have CoC and heavy haki coating. Its Enma, it even riyacted to Hiyori's music but Zolobois will obviously skip that.
Oh a man with a sword cut Kaido while Luffy couldn't cut Kaido with his attacks.
Even Scabbards were cutting Kaido via swords.

Zoro can do no touching and used it to prevent King from stealing his swords:

Flame aura, haki tendrils, etc. whatever you want to call it, the massive overflow of Ryuo is kinda specific to Zoro.

And besides, Zoro was able to hurt Kaido significantly even before he awakened Haoshoku while Luffy needed Haoshoku coating to do real damage against Kaido.

That panel will be one of Oda's greatest trolls. Make Zoro pulling his sword away look like a CoC clash

no lethality is not a part of AP, it is addition to AP...you don't need to put any "power" to cut yourself with blade but to break something you have to punch hard and for that you need to "attack" with some "power" and that is AP....Zoro attacks with power but lethality will add to the attack on top of it due to swords cutting nature...

Yeah I’ll agree, Oda did say that Zoro’s specialty is CoA. Also as a swordsman, he should put more emphasis on CoA to enhance his armor penetration (cutting ability) and to protect his swords. I recall that Mihawk taught him that it is a shame for a swordsman to nick his blades or something

If he was, he would have succeeded his mission already, he's been getting caught up by Luffy everytime. He has blitzed Luffy only once
