Kaido would indeed struggle against Kizaru because Kizaru would keep escaping him, like Luffy was basically doing in Gear 5.

Now, Kizaru wouldn't be able to tank a thunder bagua or a blazing bagua, you can't possibly think that Kizaru has a chance against these attacks given what we have gotten so far. Kizaru is very fast but hasn't been shown to be strong at the moment.

The fight would be long because Kizaru would keep escaping Kaido, and Kizaru could possibly damage Kaido a bit with his sword and with all his clones attacking him with a sword, but the moment Kaido's kanabo hits Kizaru, it's over for him.

In terms of power scaling , nothing changed. Kizaru is not focused on fighting luffy as much as in killing vegapunk. Kizaru has yet to go all out and luffy has yet to use adv coc.

Dragon Kaido feats are meaningless. I don't think dragon Kaido can even beat YC1s like king/marco other that outlasting them.
