Sanji vs Saturn ain't happening. I bet Oda would somehow make Luffy fight Saturn aswell - he loves giving Luffy 20 fights in a single arc.
At this point i honestly don't know if Sanji even will get a fight, besides fodder. Seems very likely that he will just run around for the rest of the arc.
