Even then I doubt Soras drug was designed to give him some superpower when all it did was hold back judges alterations. So if it’s caused by the medicine, then this ability existed somewhere in Sanji that his own passion created.

And as for Luffy, I don’t think so since Asura was a creation before CoC was really explored. And Luffy already has Gear 5 as a final form.

All Soras drug did was stop the genetic engineering, it didn’t bestow powers to Sanji. Oda wrote outright that DJ and sanjis natural heat resistance isn’t a power bestowed upon him by science.

Why do you think zoro can’t have a unique application of CoC?
