Shanks is above Luffy but not LEVELS above Luffy. And Kid neg diff is due to his carelessness and recklessness not because he is extremely weak or Shanks being extremely strong.

Shanks IS levels above luffy, strongest pirate alive at the very LEAST.

I dont put rayleigh above big mom and she couldnt neg kid so rayleigh couldnt either.

He was extremy reckless against kaido and big mom aswell.

As i said, luffy is probably a few steps below kaido and a lot of steps below shanks as it stands now.

What about Rayleigh's portrayal and showings has led you to believe he can't do what Shanks did lol?

Gasping against kizaru, admitting inferiority to blackbeard, portrayed as not that stronger than oden, etc...

There has not been a single instance since Luffy split the sky where I thought Shanks is "levels" above lol, only slightly above at most and even then I think Luffy's superior physical stats and potential with G5 could give him an extreme-diff win in an actual fight

Not to mention his observation can see 10x more than luffy.
