Firstly how tf did you conclude that Zoro *sounds* exactly like Ryuma. 
Second, I'm pretty sure Ryuma's personality in Monsters is exactly like Luffy's, and not Zoro's.
And finally, you realize that genes can be dominant or recessive and don't all have an equal likelihood of expression?
Ushimaru also looks exactly like Ryuma and yet he doesn't have anything on him lmao.
Besides, there's no gene for "swordsmanship" lmao. I thought Zoro's physical stats are so poor according to you people.

Oda was very wrong in not giving them a proper story, he just showed them already captured (defeated) by Kaidou and imprisoned, with Kaidou trying to recruit them, and then showed them escaping and deciding to fight with Kaidou by killing them.
