Personally I always liked the idea of Sanji's flames taking the shape of an Ifrit, like how Zoro's aura takes the shape of an asura and Luffy's G4 looked like a nio.
But if he ever does go flame phoenix or sprouts wings, could that mean he has Lunarian ancestry? Would be nice if Lunarian genes end up making his Germa exoskeleton irrelevant since I know how much Sanji hates Germa tech.

5. Vegapunk and Franky work to use the mother flame as a substitute power source and the robot goes off to fight Saturn and it’s enough to power the robot.
6. However, the flame isn’t enough to allow the robot its full power and Saturn easily overwhelms it.
7. Sanji concerned that Saturn will kill the entire crew with Luffy exhausted from defeating Kizaru runs to the robot to add his fire to the robots power. (The new Suit)
8. Luffy hearing from Franky about the people burning up powering the robot tries to stop Sanji and Sanji disobeys him and gets to the robot. (Sanji disobeys)
9. Within the robot, Sanji uses his IJ on his entire body, and the robot gets strong enough to handle Saturn.
10. Throughout the fight we get glimpses of Sanjis body burning
11. Finally in a last ditch effort, the robot says to defeat Saturn it’ll have to self destruct.
12. Big explosion of fire, everyone assuming Sanji dies
13. The next chapter oda shows that Sanji survived and his body mutated to handle the heat growing lunarian wings.

Oda's very inconsistent when it comes to Observation Haki but Sanji's high speed movement has been highlighted twice this arc with his latest moment looking very similar to Garp's
