Oh yeah that's mb, it seems that during vegeta saga (training) Krillin had a bit over 200. I'll take the L but it's still enough to repeat Roshi's moon feat

1. He doesn't start at SoL as proven by Rayleigh and by the fact that he needs to accelerate.
2. Putting Kidku at SoL via dodging light speed lasers and tien's tri light beam.
