Gorosei, Garling, Big Mom (almost 70...) are all noted as strong at this point and it would not surprise me if Kong also was stupid strong too lol.

Always had an issue with this. Why make a story where majority aren't even at their best. Even now people massively overrate how much stronger Prime Garp (for example) was compared to his old version.
