Can also be looked at as manipulation, tugging at the weaknesses of people, blackmailing them, holding their loved ones hostage and a host of other things. Have you ever watched the Jeffrey Epstein documentary or followed his story? He would corner poor girls into doing his bidding because they were young and wanted to make money and you could technically say they gave their consent and were drawn in by the lavishes he had to offer them but those same victims would call it rape because they were literally given no other option. If a burly Yonkou commander with power and wealth cornered you, of course you will fear for your life and say YES but inside you may be saying no. If verbally saying yes is all that was needed to establish consent then sure I guess none of what we're discussing is against someone's will. I think there's a little more to it though.
By the way, I'm not expressly saying there's rape involved but due to the nature of the manga these themes can't be explicitly stated, but referred to or insinuated. Yes the media in general keeps themes like that on a different category to things like gore/violence but there's a literal whore house on Onigashima, are we going to just pretend all that happens there is a shoulder rub?

Oda answered this as well. Also outside the manga. He basically said "Big mom is a pirate. She takes what she wants"

I'm talking about the general depiction of the concept in fiction and hence what Oda was thinking. Oda does imply outside the manga that Big mom is in fact a rapist. And he does so with the full mindset that yes, women raping men is funny. That's why pound exists and isn't like actually traumatised from this.
