King still had a week to recover and there is also his zoan recovery, even if you want to argue that he was still recovering from his injuries, I highly doubt that he was still suffering from major injuries.

The fact that King can freely move around with no issues despite the bandages based on the preview, to me at least proves that King isn't that badly injured anymore.

And even if you want to say that he was still somewhat nerfed, he still had help from Queen as well as many other Beasts Pirates and yet he still got easily defeated.
