Critical?
That has to be Zoro
even after Rooftop performance, he was downplayed insanely by Sanji and other anti fandoms

Even after achieving ACOC, it got tarnished to nothing

Sanji doesn't have significant feats to even talk about lol

If zoro was there in place of Sanji in the last chapter, the whole fandom would have made million posts lmao

Hardly anyone cares about Sanji getting clown now

Despite my Sanji slander, Sanji is a great character, but his big problem is that he has become a clown full of gags and only embarrasses himself.

Sanji is the one who should be on par with Luffy and Zoro as one of the strongest and most respectable SHs, but instead, Sanji plays empty roles in the arcs, serves as a hypetool for other characters and above all has the most boring gags and embarrassing aspects of the series like asking Stussy to call him a dog lol.
:whitepress:

Sanji should be that character that when he appears, readers are hyped and hoping that the character doesn't necessarily fight but gives the feeling of "Wow, Sanji showed up" but that's not what happens.

Sanji is the best SH and most developed character among the whole crew, when you compare him to guys who have been the same ever since arlong Park, its only natural that it breeds resentment from their fanbase and causes them to be angry.
I don't think that's the case, or whoever you're referring to would simply be a fan of Sanji rather than a fan of whoever.

I for one miss "Mr. Prince" and "The Hunter" kind of moments from him, he's just not like that anymore.

Also, Sanji got a backstory, not character development, character-wise he's the same he was in Arlong Park just like the rest of the crew.

Oda is clowning him too much. As a non-Sanji fan it makes me worried.
Post automatically merged:

Yall gas him to yc1 plus and higher don't cry when he fodderised
His performance is way too underwhelming for a character that has been around so long.

That's exactly what I always say. Having a backstory doesn't equal to being a complex or complete character. A complex character is defined by the number of different emotions it can show and different reactions to different situations that have conflicting stakes. In that respect, almost all of the characters in one piece are one dimensional - too good/ too evil/ bully/ empathetic.

So Would you say Wano and Egghead Sanji is just a clown full of gags?
