I already explained Luffy's biggest problem dealing with Katakuri. Combined with the fact he couldn't stay in G4 more then 20 minutes was the reason he needed to obtain FS. Zoro doesn't have that problem. Zoro destroys Katakuri.
Alright, sure, perhaps his blade IS black in the manga.
But we also see Kujaku's whip/sword and Luffy's hover boots and hoodie as black in the manga, and then Oda draws them as red in volume covers.
So despite all the evidence that points to the contrary, are you so stubborn that you can't even admit that this may just be another case of Oda drawing something as a different color than it actually is in the colored manga or color spreads?

Fact is: if Oda intend his sword to be green, brown, even red, okay. It was "dark" in the manga so it is possible that in the actual colored version is another color then just "black", but still a color that in a black and white manga you draw as "black".
Then one could say wooden swords don't have hamons and so on, but now we are talking only about the color.
However, in that magazine sketch it was plain white, and that does not make any sense.
Comparing a sword to hair color is not spot on. Design/colors are known to change.
Go on, find another instance, just one, of a black colored sword that was drawn white in the colored version of the manga. White, not green or red or every other color.

Because swords have been established to have only 2 colors: White = regular steel [default] Black = haki/permanent black blade
There is no other color that blades can have other than black
And there has never been an instance where black haki shading means regular steel color
When turned black, they also gain hamon teeth in the middle of the sword
Which Aramaki's sword also has
So your pathetic cope about "different color" doesn't work because:
swords have never been any other color
regular swords don't have hamon teeth in the middle
Black and white meaning other colors in clothes has nothing to do with swords, you pahetic brainlet. Clothes can have variety of colors, swords in one piece only have 2 colors.

Black blades aren't drawn all sloppily with white outlines on them lmao, there's a clear difference in the pattern of Zoro's sword and Aramaki's.
Probably just a sheathe.
Clothes and hair are not the same as swords. 1 is aesthetic to make the character look nice in a black and white manga. The other has only ever indicated a hardened blade. Assuming it’s some random color or plain/silver makes no sense at the moment
Acknowledging that the blade is black in the manga yet assuming it’s a different color or plain makes no sense

If you have been following this thread you will know this won't be settled with the anime for certain users. They are desperately trying to prolong this cope until colored manga volume comes out
