It never made sense to me how GB can easily deal with King's magma fire. Now its obvious King was barely in fighting condition. This also hints that it takes lot of time recovering from COC attacks.

So the bounty of captains Just reflect their individual's danger, It Is not boosted. Fraudhawk fans saying that Mifraud would have higher bounty if he was a yonko captain got clowned.
Also, Jinbe alone had about 480,000,000 and we know that the subordinates are actually the ones getting boosted, so Jinbe joining at wano probably got the "crew" boost added.
