Crazy how he doesn’t walk around Gaara style with a gourd of water. You’re being purposefully ignorant of the fact the having water amplifies Jinbei abilities significantly.

An actual hero, the way Sanji is based on, doesn't need an acknowledgement. It's the action that matters.

Well, it looks that way because you just want to hate Sanji and doesn't want to think it through.

Strength wise, Sanji is at least stronger than 1 Supernova at Sabaody, it made him eligible in this aspect.

Age wise, Sanji is younger than a lot of Supernova, this one passed.

Storyline contribution prior, combat wise, Sanji face a similar opponent of Zoro's level.

As for plot relevance, what he did in PreTS & postTS is more impactful than a lot of Supernova.

He's eligible on many criterias.

The only reason he isn't one is that he's not as famous as Zoro in East Blue (in-universe explanation) and making SH have 3 Supernova is too much/too OP, doesn't fit the underdog/struggling element of the main cast (meta explanation).

And then zoro got his real fight as the wings with sanji, rooftop was just supernova, jimbei fought an opponent on the same level as franky.

My point is with this "monster trio" logic is that one wing wasn't in the rooftop and Luffy didn't fought a calamity either
The deal with jinbe is that loda constantly group him with the wings and in the last chapters we Also see him reacting to saturn aura

Oda is separating Zoro from Sanji by introducing Jinbe or Jinbe's intro separates Sanji from Luffy and Zoro. Too many times that Sanji and Jinbe are getting shown together. FMI, Onigashima Raid and now Egghead are showcasing this. But Sanji will remain part of the M3. Oda is not ending a dynamic that he has maintained for the majority of the story.
