SO we got confirmed Dragon ex navy his rank got unconfirmed tought but instead of doing what Koby and Fuji are trying to do he left and after seing ohara created the freedom fighters so he did nothing for years after Quitting the navy Ohara incident is 22 years ago .Its interesting getting info he also clearly have history with Sakazuki I bet they were friend .

Unless its when he was really young, it is dehype tbh.

Any Marine worth their salt is either an Admiral or an obvious exception like Garp or Tsuru.

The rest of the VAs are garbage tbh. People love to downplay Smoker & Vergo but they're likely among the strongest in their rank.
