How do you propose kicking out 10 million people out of their homes? It's not going to happen plus at this point the damage is already done. The only solution is finding a way to live in peace. It's hard, and not fair, but you can't kick them out.

I thought the World learned better from targeting Civilians... Did WW2 teach anybody anything? Not to mention it's getting close to if not, outright War Crimes. From any side.
