This is exactly Oda scheme XD It is done badly to seem like an O, now I will say you that if we compare him to the first C you clearly see there is a gap between the 2 extremes of that C while in the 2nd you see the specific trait incriminated has a shade instead of a solid trait but it is still an O. You will reply to me that seems more like a C then a O and so on. Oda clearly planned that XD

Anyway, if we look from another point of view, Sanji will maybe get coc, at this point even Nami has it so Sanji has good chances even if Oda neglected him for a long long time.
