Some things seems to be true, but anothers seems fake. If kuma destroyed sorbet kingdom, Dragon and Ivankov would kick him out of the revolutionaries, I guess its more possible to be one of the pacifistas that destroyed the kingdom making the people of sorbet think it waskuma.
These spoilers doesnt explain why kuma erased ginny memories, also doesnt explain why kuma accepted to be transformed into a cyborg

-Akainu kidnaps Ginny, and uses her to lure out Kuma
-The Gorosei learned Kuma is the child who ate the Paw Paw Fruit and escaped God Valley
-Akainu threatens Ginny's life, and Kuma agrees to go back to Mary Geoise
-Kuma attempts to escape with Ginny, but Saturn states that if they escape, the entire Sorbet Kingdom would be destroyed
-Saturn decides that, since Kuma is powerful now, it would be better to use him
-Kuma makes a deal that he will become a Warlord and be experimented on, as long as Ginny is allowed to live
-Kuma and Ginny become King and Queen of the Sorbet Kingdom
-Vegapunk clones Ginny in order to create a non-Buccaneer daughter for Kuma and Ginny, named Bonney
-Kuma becomes known as a tyrant for following the Gorosei's orders via Control Chip, and re-estabishing the Heavenly Tribute
-Kuma is used to destroy uprisings to save corrupt kings by Saturn, further cementing his title as "The Tyrant"
-The people of the Sorbet Kingdom begin to blame Kuma and Ginny for their plight, and revolt when Kuma is away

- We also learn that all the crazy theories about family relations between Kuma, Dragon, Ginny, Bonney, Luffy and many others are all true due to the multi-verse nature of One Piece
- The multi-verse is fractured and Kuma realized he had to work together with the fruit to repel some universes before the attempt timeline merger in order to avoid akward relations such as Bonney & Luffy sharing the same mother
- We cut to present day where VP reveals his dark secret of messing with the timeline to insert himself into the same family, no matter the cost
