isnt that confirmed that luffy was born in windmill vilage ? Anyway yes this change something its about the time line Bonney is soon to be born then ginny die after her birth and kuma take her when luffy is already in east blue .

not at all since their birth condition was completely different. Ginny more then likely was not seing Kuma when luffy was born and this is why sh eis so happy she can see him now . But Kuma proposing to take care of ginny child after her death make 100% sense this is clearly something he would want to do . And I don't see Dragon saying no .

or im explaining why the situation is possible when you are in absolute denial for a reason . IM not saying im 100% right but since when kids have to grow together all the time you don't live in reality if you think every kids grow togethers even if they have the same parents . Dragon probably only took care of Sabo because of what he said . He saw Sabo had the heart of a revolutionary but he would not force his path on luffy and Bonney this is why he is not taking care of them . Well in my opinion for Ginny we will see why I guess .
Of course this is all headcannon based on the info we got so far . But Dragon clearly said in Logue town . So he choosed to be a pirate ! So he let them the choice .

I legit just explained why . Dragon would have took care of her if she showed to be wanting to follow him . And Kuma was not with Ginny when Luffy was born but Bonney he wil be next to her .Because she got kidnaped and he will know it

We just saw him drop him to Dadan . Dragon told ivankov he would explain everythign aboutKuma to him so he might know about the deal Kuma had that was probably protecting Bonney so Kind Kuma was def a better option if he was protecting Bonney . this is dragon birth country so of course he was there .
ANd dragon was seen by smoker and his group so of course Garp will learn he was there .
