Constantly being under radar, always new pirates challenges them, makes alliances to attack them, other Emperors want to defeat them.

I am not particularly fond of the character. I do not dislike him either. More like an indifference that occasionally shifts to a slight interest.
He is the real deal though. Top of the crop. Master of his craft. Undisputed strongest swordsman. Superior to Shanks in combat. A legend.

There will always be a lot of threads about Mihawk.
Shanks rats will try to downplay him.
Luffy tards will try to downplay Zoros opponent.

Pathetic, Mihawk was Warlord until the end. He literally says he doesn't want the smoke thats why he doesn't want to be an Emperor.
He didn't want to leave his Warlord title and becomes Emperor Underling willingly instead, also Croc wouldn't allow him to be the boss so Mihawk could never become an Emperor.

Emperors wouldn't accept being Warlord like Mihawk if they weren't plotting something:

Teach saying he doesn't need Warlord title anymore > Warlord Mihawk loses his title and wants no challenges to be an Emperor.
