I would argue that Zoro has not seriously struggled with an opponent since Mr.1.
Mr.1 seriously put Zoro against the ropes, thing that nobody else did.
Kaku did not, King neither, Pica L O L.
Shame that Luffy gets a much better comeuppance in his fight, Zoro just.. Scary face, teleport behind your back, wins.
