Kuma's backstory needed to be properly explained as he's one of the most important side characters which impacted this story. So quit the whining...

Dragon, Ivankov, Ginny, Bonney, Saturn & Vegapunk are the real important characters in Kuma's story. This Bekori bum coming back 2x in a single chapter is just Oda stalling for 1100

3. For flashback focusing on Kuma, it's fine for it to be a bit long. Also do you even remember the Oden flashback and how long that was.
