Its almost over. Weve gotten everything save for his Shichibukai position/Mindwipe stuff, which seems to be relared to related to the same thing anyway, after that its right back to Saturn and Bonney

Why would Jinbe leave the Sun Pirates to join the Strawhats? Why would Franky leave his Family to join the Strawhats?

Kuma isnt a revolutionary anymore anyway, he quit to save Bonney. He straight up left the Revos recently too to very clearly join the Egghead arc for whatever reason. The RA is almost entirely irrelevant to this arc and Kuma. Luffy is also Nika, who is also inherently tied to his dream. Luffy is Dragon's son, its not like he's changing much by fighting with Luffy instead.

Also looks like we’ve hit a point in the flashback where it’s a lot closer to the modern day so we “know” everything else

Bonney sets sail, Kuma loses his mind (slowly?) and becomes a warlord, etc

Unless Oda chooses to include the beginning of Bonney’s journey I can’t see this lasting more than 2 chapters

Eh the issue with kuma joining is he doesn’t have a dream that really connects to luffy becoming king of the pirates so far. Seems like he’s like mihawk who just wants to live in peace

? Not following. He quite literally has a similar dream to Jinbe in terms of potentially allying with Luffy to accomplish it. Kuma also is more heavily tied to Luffy specifically with Nika.

We cant really say he just wants to live in peace still before he finds out Luffy is Nika.

Why would it "only" be because of his devil fruit? Everything in one piece is prophesied. Zunisha calls Luffy "Joyboy", not the "the man who ate Joyboy's fruit".

Why are we assuming that Kuma wouldnt want to fight with Nika and make him Pirate King to to free the world? Thats quite literally Kuma's entire MO based on this flashback.

We already kniw why he did and we already knew who order Vegapunk to erase his memories(Saturn)
Now what did Vegapunk do with his mind, only he knows and Kuma but i dont think this will be revealed yet
