Franky got his sword broken and sacrificed his General robot to do that, it wasn't easy for Franky as well. Same Franky's laser was able to explode a wall that Sanji couldn't break.

That wasn't a high diff fight. Jimbei could move and fight well after that fight. It was low diff.
Robin vs Black Maria was a high diff fight. Robin could barely move after it.
Sasaki vs Franky was a mid diff fight. Franky got his robot destroyed but could still move fairly well.
Extreme diff would be something like Luffy vs Kaido or Zoro vs King. They passed out after the fight.
