Europeans don’t like Latin Americans cause they’re a reflection of their colonial past. They unconsciously hate the idea we are related to each other in both genetics and history so they conceal their shame with xenophobia.

Shamefully,this is true.Spaniards call Latin Americans "sudacas" and the portuguese hate the attention that Brazil gets world wide,while most Americans don't even know Portugal is a thing.

The closest thing we have to a New Rome is America.Rome had roads to mobilize their armies pretty much anywhere in their Empire and America has a navy that can move their army anywhere too.They also have the money,political power and cultural influence.
