Heart says mario but realistically it's between Zelda and Baldur's gate

Baldur being the favorite due to it being more recent and having a large impact on the genre
Baldur's Gate 3 deserves it from what I've seen, total proof that you can have success with a legitimate RPG that respects its players time and effort, rather than trying to milk them for money and keep them engaged by trickling out low-hanging fruit content.

BG3 and RE4 Remake, my personal favorites

BG3 gonna win

Ngl, a fucking "remake" getting nominated is pretty fucking stupid, IMO.
Anyway, BG3 > all
It had impact tho, they can't ignore that fact i guess

The same happened with FF7 Remake Part 1 anyways

And most of those remakes are also reimaginations of its stories. The Ada Wong DLC for example, brought things to a whole new level if compared to the original one from ps2

I'm hoping for Baldur's Gate 3, but Tears of the Kingdom and Alan Wake 2 are both deserving choices. I have issues with Tears of the Kingdom, but it's a very ambitious sequel in terms of adding onto Breath of the Wild, and Alan Wake 2 is the kind of story-based game we just don't get often enough.

I wouldn't be pissed if it was Super Mario Wonder, either.

I can genuinely see TOTK not winning for the same reasons Ragnarok and Red Dead 2 didn't. Which is lack of enough innovation from the first game.

Baldur's Gate seems like the very likely winner here. But we'll see.
There's two schools of thought regarding TOTK's innovation. On one hand we have the people that didn't like it that much since it was too similar to BOTW. On the other hand they did create some of the most complex game mechanics and physics ever seen in the medium. I'm 50-50 on this one.

Is Wonder good? Haven't played it yet.

We may finally see the end of "Zelda always winning tonight" :ihaha:
