I'm not gonna lie I don't really see how this hypes Zoro over Luffy. Luffy had all that pain and he was pretty much just chilling. Dude was knocked out but he wasnt on death's door or anywhere near it, he would have woken up and been all g like every other arc. But it almost made Zoro die. It hypes up Zoro for being to take all that pain but it also shows how strong Luffy is as captain to experience all of that and to be pretty much fine.
You are just a Zoro wanker. No he wouldn't, he'd have walked it off a mere day later, unlike Zolo who was practically useless even an entire arc later due to the damage sustained
