So basically what I said except Robin doesn't fight San Juan wolfe? Robin grew up with a giant named Sual. Sual..Small... San Juan Wolfe. Look I got the matchups down pat.
She grew up with a giant that was a marine who had the best feats arguably to this day for a giant and her last fight will be against against a giant. Also Garp one shot saun jaun Wolfe.
The only ones that have their hype intact are van auger shiryuu and Pizarro. That's Usopp, zoro and Sanji.
Devon and Vasco have been one shot twice. Jesus has received hype from the beginning. But also got his ass kicked by Sabo. So he's the perfect fit for Jenbe. Being the first captain throwing a house at ace a mountain at Law and fighting the Second in command of the revolutionary army right after he got ace's fruit is good hype for Jenbe.

Honestly, I could see Oda pulling a fast one and actually giving us a team battle here. The BB Pirates always fight together except for Dressrosa. The SHs are of course known for their teamwork as well. We should then get something like weak trio+Jimbe vs the original BB pirates; Vivi plus mid trio VS ID BB pirates; and of course monster trio VS Teach, Shiryu, and Kuzan (these three would more likely be individual match ups).
But Pizarro has never been grouped with the other level 6 prisoners. He’s been paired with those who are fighting east blue opponents:
Shiryu - Zoro
Lafitte - Sanji
Van Augur - Usopp
Which means he’ll likely fight someone from the east blue as well. And since he clashed with Coby on Beehive, they’re a solid pick unless you think SWORD somehow won’t be involved in this war.

Well I do think sword will be involved somehow don't know loda's plan with coby but I don't think he is fighting a commander Maybe he goes against Teach helping luffy who knows or have some words with aokiji
About the rest I think is going according to the bountys
Zoro Jinbe cook and robin
Shiryu burguess/pizarro and Devon
Wich imo makes senses since burguess is captain of the first ship while Shiryu second just like marco and oden and pizarro was with Shiryu showing his powers with the mision of protecting behive and taking down garp & crew
With Brook I don't know what loda planning since the treatment towards him sucks
And actually find funny than nami & Ussop are fighting the most BBP competents with broken abilities

And imo Coby’s role being defeating Pizarro is the perfect continuation of his story as if he was stronger, Garp wouldn’t have had to sacrifice himself to create an opening against Pizarro for the ship to escape.
And eh I’m going to stick with the groupings:
Blackbeards first four commanders -> Luffys East Blue male allies (Nami imo isn’t going to fight a man)
Burgess -> Sabo : Burgess and Sabo both have unique relationships with Blackbeard/Luffy and they have history together
Zoro -> Shiryu: Obvious
Usopp -> Van Augur: Obvious
Coby -> Pizarro: Stated above
Sanji -> Lafitte: One of each crews top dogs, and with Pudding in the jail the demon sheriff known for his brutality against prisoners and Sanjis tendency to rescue women in his fight just makes this fight make sense
Level 6 Prisoners Iva called out -> Straw Hats that defeated Tobi Roppo
Devon -> Robin: Woman fight with both being assassins
Sanjuan -> Franky: Battlefranky vs Colassal Battleship
Vasco -> Jinbe: Crews two strongest drinkers and Vascos ability to manipulate alcohol will probably be a good counter to Jinbes fishman karate since mixing alcohol with water causes it to evaporate
Then there are the odd ones out
Doc Q and Stronger -> Brook and Chopper: Oda just doesn’t respect these two as fighters to have solo fights imo and with Brook and Q both having death symbols and Chopper and Stronger both being pets with zoans seems like a fitting fight
Nami imo will fight York. The Blackbeard pirates are here for something and it’s likely the seraphim. Plus with York will likely see them as a way to escape egghead and thematically both are “abandoned their family” for greed but for Nami it was just a front so nice little parallel there and with the seraphim York using children as weapons would go very well with namis character.
