It’s simple Kizaru bought it for him when he saw Bonney was about to die . He let luffy eat because he guessed luffy is Nika . Kizaru is Nika fellower . You are making it complicated .
Bringing food don't really help save bonny cause luffy still need more time to recover even if luffy eating and then Saturn notice.
If that was his plan to help , Bonney would still have been dead without kuma and it's not like Kizaru knew kuma was coming .
