To be fair I think even Barto barrier must have a limit to haki

Sabo is above any YC1
Kuma is a beast
Iva is a beast
The Revo commanders did great against two (nerfed) Admirals which is still a huge feat because they took no damage

I mean maybe barto just sucks using it, maybe he can make "pierecig" barrier or sharp barrier
like croco and GB use their DF's, but barto sucks

Its hard to imagine the sharp/pierecing barrier not be able to cut anything.

I think Roger and maybe shanks might be able to just completely shut down fruit abilities and the shorts
Barto’s barrier when up is probably completely impenetrable when up tho
