Why rebuild though?
We're already in the middle of a rebuild, its too soon to lose faith in the project. A neat backbone or "core" is developing - a majority of the squad are all yet to reach their prime.
No need to again change the stylistic profile and completely rebuild. Mourinho's teams require different players than the ones we have too.
We either stick with Xavi or move to other coaches who play a similar style. Rafa Marquez is the realistic option, de Zerbi & Arteta are dream options but they wont happen.

Who EVER claimed Saturn was a durability beast huh? Why would he even fucking need durability if he can legit just regenerate limbs? For the record, if what Pew said is true that is better regen than anything Marco has shown us and that was his whole point as a character.

This idea that a guy like Saturn needs to be a Top Tier in every stat to be considered impressive is just fucking stupid. But its especially stupid to slander him over durability, the stat arguably most other characters also aren't that great in either from what we know.
Saturn could have the durability of a piece of paper, as long as he just regenerates any and all damage including growing back entire limbs who honest to god gives a shit?

The man won the league last year and this year we've been plagued by injuries & a horrible Lewandowski.
We also have a massive Busquets problem, there is no proven "ball winner" in midfield aside from Gavi this year who tore his ACL.
Over Mourinho, I'd gladly stick with Xavi tbh.
