I think Sanji will first intervene and kick Kizaru with his leg to protect his nakama

Then, Zoro may come in when he defeats Lucci and take over Kizaru, attack him with his sword etc.

Sanji and Zoro may tag team and fight Kizaru together, the wings of the pirate king protecting Luffy from Kizaru, Luffy who may be busy fighting Saturn

Then, Zoro inflicts the final blow on Kizaru, gets his revenge from Sabaody, and he manages to "cut light"

Nah man tag fights sucks, Kidd and Law vs Meme proved it. Also, Zoro already proved to be able to face Top Tiers so i don't think he needs a tag team to win.

If it happens then most likely it will short skirmish lasting 1-2 chapters with other evnts in background and finally the Ancient Robot comes as the escape card

Yes but you have to keep in mind that it would be too simplistic to think that Zoro will take care of Kizaru alone, this is not even possible.

Kizaru is already attacking the Strawhats and Zoro is far from them, probably still fighting Lucci.

Sanji seems most likely the only possibility at the moment to counter Kizaru, maybe the other Strawhats do something too.

Zoro will have his moment most likely, but it'll come later, once he finishes Lucci and goes back to where the other Strawhats are.

Zoro will get his revenge from Sabaody in my opinion but it's not as simple as thinking "Zoro will take care of Kizaru alone".

Why they would be lowered to PK level if they fight each other?

No way Sanji would hold his own against Kizaru when he can't even hold his own against Saturn stare

Zoros “focus on your fight” while fighting lucci was so dumb. Would’ve been smarter for Luffy to quickly deal with Lucci while Zoro hold of Kizaru for a second then Luffy and Zoro tag team Kizaru.

Oda really did write Lucci as Zoros main one on one fight this arc imo.
