My man, it is up to the individual to make that judgement based on subjective feeling. But I guess you know more than trained screenwriters.

Yes. It is up to the individual to decide whether they like something or not, but that's not going to change how much of a role or the characterization a character has in the story, and whether or not it's sensible/consistent given the context within the story. For example, in one of the Marvel comic stories, Thanos is restrained and gets arrested by the police. Does that make any sense? Objectively speaking, given what we know of his character and his strength prior to that event, no. Doesn't matter if any thinks this was good, it doesn't make any sense.

It's that simple.

Tbh I’m not sure fire to Greenbull is the same as water to Croc or rubber to Enel. It burned his body but it didn’t impact his actual self. When he regenned be had zero harm which wouldn’t of happened if fire was the same as the other weaknesses.

Well Meme and Kaido also had their L moments involving people much weaker than a Commander. Anyway Kizaru wasn't really hurt in the slightest.
About Saturn he clearly isn't a fruit merchant, he was shooting around ACoC lighting the moment he landed on Egghead. It's just that Kuma is likely Commander level by this point and he had the surprise factor on his side.
