Basically your point makes no sense, youre only looking at what Kizaru can offer and not Luffy. Youre looking at what Kizaru can do if he is focused on putting Luffy down but not Luffy.

You sure about that? What happens if Kizaru flies like 20 miles up in the air and then just starts blasting Luffy with Yata Mirror? Luffy has to run 20 miles upward just to attack Kizaru. And then Kizaru just fly another 20 miles away in the blink of an eye and spam Yata Mirror again.

Most of Kizarus attacks did nothing to Luffy.
