And suddenly a Third Party Arrives who doesn't mind picking a Fight with that Massive Marine Fleet?
It's Obvious what Oda is doing

This is Called a "100% Hopeless Situation" and Oda isn't holding back on making it Worse
Cuz whoever is gonna Stop it, is gonna absorb all the Tension & the Worse the Situation, the more Hype for him

Oda already did this Scenario with Shanks in Marineford & He already Hyped him recently against both Ryokugyu & Kid
Mihawk was Introduced in similar Arc & obviously Cross Guild won't pick such a Fight
Same thing can be said about Blackbeard & it's not like He needs more Hype
Dragon is Far & Oda made sure to show him in recent Chapter
It's obviously not World Government cuz They are the Enemy here

So it's a New Character & Oda is gonna Hype him (or at least his Faction) to Maximum
And Oda is already excited about his Arrival cuz He said Twice "That Person gonna Fight That Person"
He is obviously referring to Luffy versus this New Character (Which is gonna be Similar to Mihawk vs Zoro or Aokiji vs Luffy)

He got hit in the head by a new G5 move at the end of CH 1094, was show incapacited/dizzy (fully conscious though) in ch 1095, started sitting in 1103 and fully on the move in 1104.
There was a flashback that lasted from the middle of chapter 1095 to the end of chapter 1102 inbetween though. For the actual timeframe we don't have one so we can only guess.

For Luffy he reached his limit at the end of 1094 (the moment where he landed the blow on Kizaru) and is still recovering with food apparently.
