I was so mad that she declined his invitation.

Well the novel didn't say she completely stop chasing Ace.

So maybe Isuka will continue to grow to love Ace after several more chases because it her duty as a marine. Which she continues to see Ace good deeds. Then question why her heart beats rapidly each time she see him?
So which Isuka and Ace did stay a night or two. The only reason she wasn't at marineford was because she was pregnant or trying to remain hidden from the marines/WG.
