Dorry and Brogy are pretty old, 160. It's entirely possible they've met Saturn before. Even if they haven't, look at Giant life spans; some live to nearly 350 years old. Even if Dorry and Brogy don't know Saturn directly, they might know of him from tales of their ancestors.
If the Void Century was 800 years ago, and Giants live to 300 regularly, it would make sense for the Giants to still have a well-kept history of the Void Century. The great grandparents of current Giants would have been alive during this time. It's even possible that some living Giants have grandparents who were alive during the Void Century.
Dorry and Brogy and the Giants might have legitimate problems with Saturn.
