I hope you realize that this chapter destroyed Luffy vs Kizaru round 2 and made it very clear that Luffy will fight Saturn.

- Luffy punched Kizaru away and he is laying again on his head again, that's all it took to make him fall again.
- Bonney saw Nika and she started crying.
- It was Saturn who oppressed Bonney, he killed her mother and almost killed her dad.

This is damsel in distress 101.

The next chapter will depict Nika vs Saturn, get over it.

This ain't about winning or losing, I don't care who is wrong here.

Yeah, it is basic story telling that some are having issues understanding. Maybe a basic literature course would help them?

There is one minor reference in Big Mom's flashback in Elbaf to the Sun God.

"It was the sun god... who calmed the disaster," Mother Carmel says after creating Pandora with her Devil Fruit, implying that the Giants worship a Sun God... who would be Nika, or Luffy.

So, there was some evidence for the Giants being familiar with the Sun God Nika before in the story.

That was just Caramel waffling to keep credibility in her persona to pull off her evil ass scheme. There's no way this is a purposeful reference to fucking Nika.
