The guy literally says in the very same post that even he thinks his Theory Is not 100% confirmed of happening, it's literally another way of seeing the outcome of this. There is nothing disingenuous about entertaining scenarios.

Time we entertain the possibility that the attack is designed to do this, like, it's literally messing with your brain and not just a strong punch otherwise Kizaru really should have a bloody nose when the attack is coated on aCoC.
